The law in Ireland provides that if someone is injury as a result of the negligence of another person then if that person suffers a loss they are entitled to compensation.

Anyone who wishes to make a claim must make sure that they bring their claim within a period of time set down by law, usually two years from the date of the accident or incident. It is extremely important to make a claim using the correct forms and within the allowed time. Any claims make after are not allowed to proceed, they are called “Statute Barred.”
